There was quite a buzz when Celebrity Executive Chef Carlos Brown opened the Shrimp and Grits Café in West Ashley. Now, Moncks Corner has a new spot to get his traditional Gullah cuisine!
Shrimp and Grits Café – Moncks Corner opened its doors on Tuesday, August 24 at Ye Ole Fashion Building (484 US-52 Bypass). The menu will feature items such as shrimp or oyster po’boys, strawberry spinach salad, vegetable rice bowls with grilled shrimp, chicken or salmon and TWENTY FOUR flavors of ice cream!

Chef Carlos Brown is a celebrity executive chef, restaurateur of Shrimp & Grits Café and founder of C3 Culinary Group.
